**Ashely Graham** has a refreshing reminder for us all: our bodies are enough, just as they are.

In a post on Instagram, the model, entrepreneur and mama-of-three shared a video of herself five months after giving birth to twins, Malachi and Roman.

"Posting this video for all the mamas who haven't and may never 'bounce back' and for anyone who needs to be reminded that your body is beautiful, in its realest form," she captioned the clip.
