**Beyoncé** New Music Alert!

The superstar has reunited with **Kendrick Lamar** for a remix of her *Renaissance* hit, "America Has a Problem" - and it is *good.*

Released on Friday, May 19, the song begins with a powerful opening rap verse from Kendrick where he proudly identifies as on an "honorary Beyhive" member, before Beyoncé comes in with the second verse and chorus.

The [original version](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUWVpSKA6OM&ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) was released in July 2022\. This marks the second time Queen Bey and King Kendrick (as we like to call them!) have created music together. They last collaborated in 2016 for Beyonce's "Freedom" track from her album *Lemonade.*

Listen below!

Beyoncé is a 32-time GRAMMY winner - and the [most awarded artist](https://celebritykind.ghost.io/content/files/2026/09/beyonce-becomes-the-most-awarded-artist-in-grammys-history-2.html) in GRAMMYs history! According to the Recording Academy, she took the record this year from conductor Georg Solti who had won 31 awards before he passed away in 1997.

She's currently on her Renaissance World Tour where she's also giving back to local communities. Through her BeyGOOD Foundation, Beyoncé has pledged $2 million to support college students and small businesses during 10 of her tour stops.

“I am hugely proud of the work we have done for over a decade at BeyGOOD, here in the U.S. and around the world,” Beyoncé shared in a statement at the time of the announcement. “From scholarships to the water crisis in Burundi, to helping families during Hurricane Harvey in my hometown, Houston, it has been fulfilling to be of service. Now as a foundation, we will continue the work of engaging partners through innovative programs to impact even more people.”

Queen Bey also recently teased a potential [hair care line](https://celebritykind.ghost.io/content/files/2026/09/beyonce-hair-care-5.html) too:

“How many of y’all know that my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon? Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done. I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon. I saw firsthand, how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls. I watched her heal and be of service to so many women. Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy. I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating.”
