# Britney Spears Shares Video Assuring Fans She's "Totally Fine" and "Happy"

**Britney Spears** is letting the world know she's doing well *and* she's happy.

The superstar shared a video on Instagram answering questions from her fans, one of which was whether she's "okay"?

"Yes, I'm totally fine," Britney says.

"I'm extremely happy. I have a beautiful home, beautiful children. I'm taking a break right now because I'm enjoying myself."

Concerns have been rising for Britney's wellbeing since the release of the *Framing Britney Spears* documentary earlier this year which looked into her horrific treatment by the media and also her ongoing conservatorship issues and legal battles with dad, Jamie.

Britney also answered a question about what the red refrigerator means on her Insta page - "I just thought it was really cool" - and her dancing:

"When I'm in my living room, do I get dizzy when I'm spinning so much? Yes, I get extremely dizzy. But I'm a dancer so as long as I have a focus point in my head, as I turn, as long as I keep finding that spot, usually it's not as bad."
