# Camila Alves McConaughey is Releasing Her First Children's Book: "Just Try One Bite"

**Camila Alves McConaughey** has a new project in the works - and it sounds *hilarious!*

The model, entrepreneur and founder of lifestyle website[ **Women of Today**](http://womenoftoday.com/?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) has teamed up with [*Go the F\*\*\* to Sleep*](https://booktopia.kh4ffx.net/AoRW7o?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io)author Adam Mansbach to release her very first children's book.

It's called [*Just Try One Bite*](https://booktopia.kh4ffx.net/kjJ0rL?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) and just as the title suggests, it's about getting those picky-eaters to give new foods a go. But - and it's a big, entertaining but - the script is flipped so it's the kids urging the parents to try one bite!

"On my journey to do better for me and for you, one thing I realised is that if we start young we build lifelong healthy habits. So I wanted to share that message without preaching and instead empower!"

In a video posted to her page, Camila explains that it's the kind of book "that starts a really great conversation about health, what's good for you, what's not but in a very funny, funny way where the kids have all the power!"

Illustrated by Mike Boldt, the book will be published by Penguin Random House.
