**Drew Barrymore** is reminding us all to stop and enjoy the little moments...

And in this fast-paced-ridiculously-hectic-too-much-social-media-not-enough-actual-connection kind of world we're living in, what a refreshing reminder it is!

In a post on social media, the Hollywood star and TV host shares a clip of herself walking outdoors, surrounded by greenery, with the rain lightly sprinkling down around her in the American summer heat.

She laughs with so much heart as her glasses go blurry and her face glistens with raindrops. She then turns to her 16.1 million Instagram followers:

"Whenever you can go out into the rain," she begins, still laughing, before yelling out with pure joy: "Do not miss the opportunity!"

And if that isn't a beautiful reminder to slow down, breathe and take a moment to appreciate what's happening around us - whether it's drops of rain on our glasses, sunshine warming up our faces or funny-shaped clouds popping up in the sky - then I don't know what is!

Check out her glorious video below (and go on - put your screen down for a second and take a look around!)
