**Glen Powell** may be the new "tornado wrangler" in *Twisters*, but he's not forgetting original star **Bill Paxton** who sadly passed away in 2017.

In a post on [X (formerly Twitter)](https://x.com/glenpowell/status/1814306912227217436?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io), Glen shared a throwback photo of the two of them together from 2013 wearing cowboy hats on the set of *Red Wing.* He captioned the post, "As we release *Twisters* into the world today, I just wanted to look up and tip my hat to the legend that is Bill Paxton. A great friend of mine who saw poetry in the natural world."
