*Euphoria's* **Jacob** **Elordi** and *Mare of Easttown's* **Cailee Spaeny** have landed a major new gig!

They'll be starring as Elvis and Priscilla in director **Sofia Coppola's** upcoming film *Priscilla.*

The news was [confirmed](https://twitter.com/A24/status/1569382114055049216?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) on Twitter by film company A24 and according to [*Deadline*](https://deadline.com/2022/09/sofia-coppola-priscilla-a24-cailee-spaeny-jacob-elordi-tapped-to-play-priscilla-and-elvis-presley-1235115526/?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io), the movie is an adaptation of Priscilla Presley's best-selling 1985 memoir *Elvis and Me,* with the script also written by Coppola.

The news comes just months after **Austin Butler** and **Olivia DeJonge** portrayed the famous couple in **Baz Luhrmann's** *ELVIS.*

Priscilla Presley praised the film after seeing it ahead of its international release: "I've seen 'Elvis' the film. I watched the trailer over a dozen times. But the words I heard from my daughter (Lisa Marie Presley) on how much she loved the film and that Riley (Keough, Priscilla's grand-daughter) will love it too when she sees it brought tears. I relived every moment in this film. It took me a few days to overcome the emotions as it did with Lisa."
