You know what's EVEN MORE amazing than the way she looks at 49? Her heart, her generosity, her empathy and her purpose.

Yes, **Jennifer Lopez** turned 49 this week and of course, like all the headlines will tell you, she looks ah-mazing. But the thing we love about her *most* here at **CelebrityKind** is all that she is doing to help others.

This year, **JLo** has been focused on hurricane-stricken Puerto Rico. She has not only donated millions of dollars to help rebuild her parents' home country, but also launched a humanitarian relief campaign with ex-husband **Marc Anthony** raising $35 million in the process.

Plus she continues to give underprivileged women and children access to better healthcare through her [**Lopez Family Foundation**](http://www.lopezfamilyfoundation.org/?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) (co-founded with sister **Lynda Lopez**) which has set up medical facilities in Panama, Puerto Rico and the Bronx.

Happy Birthday Jenny!
