# Meghan Trainor & Daryl Sabara Welcome Baby Boy

Congratulations are in order for **Meghan Trainor** and **Daryl Sabara!**

The singer and *Spy Kids* actor, who are already parents to 3-year-old son Riley, have announced the birth of their second child, a sweet baby boy:

"On July 1st (our 7 year anniversary of our first date) we welcomed Barry Bruce Trainor into the world," they shared in a joint Instagram post.

"He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz... and sideways (transversal), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time! Thank you to all of the incredible doctors and nurses who took such a great care of us."

Meghan and Daryl first met at a house party in 2014 before being set up by their famous pal, Chloë Moretz a few years later. It clearly went well because they tied the knot on Meghan's 25th birthday in 2018!

She's been very open about her pregnancy journeys and in her book, *Dear Future Mama,* released in April this year, Meghan details the emotional and mental health challenges she's faced as a mum. Following Riley's birth in 2021, she says she found herself crying "every night" for months and developed PTSD:

"I couldn't go to sleep at night. I would be in tears and tell Daryl, 'I'm still on that table dude. I'm trapped there. I can't remind myself I'm in bed and I'm safe at home.'"
