"From love comes life, light and her," the couple captioned the photo, adding that she's 3.8kg.

"Thank God for this infinite blessing, we love you!!"

In a recent Instagram Q&A session with fans, Luisana shared that baby's name - which means "sky" in Spanish - was chosen days ago and one of their kids had come up with it!

Michael and Luisana are already parents to 8-year-old son Noah, 6-year-old son Elias and 4-year-old daughter Vida.
