# Paul Rudd Reaches Out to Schoolboy Whose Classmates Wouldn't Sign His Yearbook

**Paul Rudd** is letting a young boy know just how much he's loved after his classmates refused to sign his yearbook.

The *Ant-Man* star recently reached out to 12-year-old Brody from Colorado, after his mum Cassandra shared a Facebook post in May this year, explaining that only "2 teachers and a total of 2 students wrote in his yearbook despite Brody asking all kinds of kids to sign it."

She also told [*The Washington Post* ](https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/2022/06/02/yearbook-bully-kindness-cassandra-ridder/?fbclid=IwAR03JlNEjvDcp8UtQ2F3phq1NH0uw-KKVVhnyADXrNUwiStUjBw0t8W4qQw&ref=celebritykind.ghost.io)that Brody had been bullied at school too and had "been through a lot."

Now, Cassandra has revealed that Paul Rudd sent Brody an *Ant-Man* [helmet](https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10226913970971241&set=pcb.10226913976971391) with a special signed message which reads:

"TO MY GOOD FRIEND BRODY FOR WHEN HE TAKES ON THE WORLD!"

Paul also [sent](https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10226913970651233&set=pcb.10226913976971391) Brody a hand-written letter which reads:

"It's important to remember that even when life is tough that things get better. There are so many people that love you and think you're the coolest kid there is - me being one of them! I can't wait to see all the amazing things you're going to accomplish."

He signed it, "Your Pal, Paul."

Cassandra has since [shared on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/cassandra.ridder/videos/1372129416633901) that Paul has also FaceTimed Brody and texted him several times too.

Last month, high school students in Westminster came across Cassandra's post and came together to sign Brody's yearbook. Not long after, the Broadway cast of *Dear Evan Hansen* [invited Brody](https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=3186047104985888&t=0) to watch the show in New York City and told him to bring his yearbook so they could sign it too!
