"We are born into different lives, brought up in different environments, and as a result are exposed to different experiences. But our *shared* experience is that we are all human," Prince Harry said in the announcement shared through the [Archewell Foundation.](http://archewell.com/?ref=celebritykind.ghost.io)

"The majority of us carry some form of unresolved trauma, loss, or grief, which feels - and is - very personal. Yet the last year has shown us that we are all in this together, and my hope is that this series will show there is power in vulnerability, connection, in empathy and strength in honesty."

In a post on her socials, Ms Winfrey said they're hoping to spark a "global conversation" about mental health:

"Now more than ever, there is an immediate need to replace the shame surrounding mental health with wisdom, compassion, and honesty. "The Me You Can't See" is a new docu-series, executive produced by Prince Harry and me, that features stories that help lift the veil on the current state of mental health."

You can watch on Apple TV+ from May 21\. (Hot tip: the streaming service offers a free seven day trial. Click[ HERE](https://tv.apple.com/show/the-me-you-cant-see/umc.cmc.4amwght1qtt8ioilwr0mgnf6d?itsct=tv%5Fbox%5Flink&itscg=30200&ref=celebritykind.ghost.io) to learn more.)
