Now, superstar **Rihanna** and Twitter chief **Jack Dorsey** have teamed up again. This time, they're supporting children's education.

Using funds from **Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation** and **Jack Dorsey's Start Small Foundation**, the pair have donated 4000 tablet computers to schools in Barbados, where RiRi was born.

In a video posted to social media, Prime Minister of Barbados **Mia Amor Mottley** has thanked them for helping to close the digital divide between students:

"To the extent that we can receive assistance from those who care enough, who love us enough to be able to help us lift the burden on this long journey, then we say thank you because we can always do it better when we can do it together."

The Prime Minister also used the opportunity to thank **Rihanna**, who was appointed Ambassador for Barbados in 2018, for using her platform to promote education and investment in the country:

"Your commitment to this country, your commitment to this region in the context of building climate resilience has not gone unnoticed. The world has watched you be that extraordinary Bajan, that extraordinary global citizen, that has not forgotten that their roots are right here in Barbados," **PM Mottley** said.

"Thank you for continuing to make that difference to the people whose voice may not always be heard, and whose presence may not always be seen. But we know that you care enough and to bring on other partners like Jack Dorsey's Start Small Foundation is truly a blessing to us all."
