**Nick de la Hoyde** is a talented singer, songwriter and rapper whose music has been streamed millions of times across the globe. But if you ask any TikTok user, he's also a megastar on the platform who's going viral because of his kindness.

Yes, *kindness.*

The Aussie musician has been sharing videos of himself making rings for random TikTok users who are struggling with depression, loneliness and pain - or maybe they're just having a bad day.

He wants to let them know they matter. To let them know there's hope and to just *keep going.*

"I know something as small as a ring isn't going to fix how they're feeling," he tells the CelebrityKind podcast.

"I like to think of the rings as like, not just a piece of jewellery but like, a bit of hope, that you know, you never know what can happen. And something random might happen around the corner and the rings are random. And I just think that that's what makes them special," he tells the CelebrityKind podcast.

Nick hasn't always been making the rings. It's a hobby he picked up during the pandemic lockdown of 2020, when he taught himself to turn "vintage old cutlery" into rings.

"It's honestly been so fun. It's become a part of my life that I didn't know existed."
