Just when you thought **Russell Crowe's** *'Art of Divorce'* auction couldn't possibly get any better, IT DOES!

Not only did *'Last Week Tonight'* host **John Oliver** buy a bunch of his stuff (like the jockstrap from *Cinderella Man* and a vest from *Les Mis*)for one of the last remaining Blockbuster video stores in Alaska...now we've learned that the money Russell received from the big sale is being used to *save thousands of koalas!*

It turns out he's donated the cash to his friends **Terri, Bindi** and **Robert Irwin** at Australia Zoo where their wildlife hospital is developing a trial vaccination program for koalas infected with chlamydia. In some parts of Australia, koala infection rates are as high as 90% and it's causing blindness, infertility and in some cases, death.

The Irwins made a video thanking Russell for his generous donation. They also revealed that a special plaque has been put up at the hospital for John Oliver since he was the one that forked out the cash. The sign reads '*The John Oliver Koala Chlamydia Ward.'*
