# Taylor Swift Makes Young Fan's Day (With A Little Help From Justin Baldoni)

Imagine getting a phone call from **Taylor Swift** and then chatting to her for a whole 17 minutes!

Well, that's exactly what happened to superfan **Annie McMahon** all thanks to her family, friends, the internet and maybe even a magic touch from actor **Justin Baldoni.**

You see, 22-year-old Annie is living with cystic fibrosis and has already had two double lung transplants. She's too sick to have a third transplant and is now in hospice care.

Her friend **Tiff Rich** who's also living with cystic fibrosis, posted a video of Annie singing along to Tay Tay in her hospital room asking the singerto get in touch.
