America Ferrera and Ryan Piers Williams have welcomed their second baby!
The actress announced the birth of their daughter, Lucia Marisol Williams, in a sweet Instagram post on Mother's Day, saying "Mama, Dada and Big Brother are over the moon to welcome her bright light to our family."
Instead of baby gifts, America and Ryan asked all their friends and family to collect essential supplies for kids at the US-Mexico border whose lives are in limbo right now as they wait to seek asylum.
"Quarantine may have canceled her Baby Shower," America writes on social media, "but it didn't stop us from collecting and delivering essential supplies to #YesWeCanMobileSchools - spaces for moms and children at the border to learn, play and stay safe through these hard times."
Some of the gifts donated by their loved ones included clothes, books, nappies, baby bottles, baby baths and toys.
The actress thanked her family and friends including celeb pal Eva Longoria for organising the original baby shower and for helping collect the donations.
According to the Yes We Can World Foundation, their mobile schools provide quality bilingual education for children regardless of their legal status or economic background.
America is also asking her one million followers who'd like to give a gift in Lucia's honour, to consider donating to the foundation too.
