Anna Kendrick got stuck in a lift at the Toronto International Film Festival - but she's all good and even having a laugh about it ...
The actress, who is in Canada to promote her new movie, Alice, Darling, had to wait for firefighters to arrive then climb up a ladder through the lift's top hatch. She had members of her team and others with her at the time.
In a video posted to social media, she documented the incident joking about having to "ration the limited food supply that we have" and then thanking the Lord for telling her to "choose a long skirt today" as she climbed the ladder.
Later speaking to People about the incident, Anna referred to the rescue teams as "lovely Canadian firefighters" and said she "couldn't stop cracking jokes" while she was in the elevator. "I think that was probably a defence mechanism."
