No further details about the pregnancy have been released at this stage.
But we did get a gorgeous black and white photo of the couple taken by their friend and photographer Misan Harriman, showing Meghan embracing her baby bump as she lies on Harry's lap.
"Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honoured to capture it grow. Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!"

(Would you believe it was a remote shoot, taken on an iPad? Yep, coronavirus and all.)
The beautiful news comes just months after Meghan opened up about the heartbreak of suffering a miscarriage.
In a piece written for the New York Times, the Duchess recalled feeling a sharp pain in her stomach in July last year and described the grief she felt: "I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second."
The Duchess explained that she hoped by speaking out, it might break the "perpetuating cycle of solitary mourning."
