Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have welcomed another child - a son named Cardinal!
The couple announced their sweet news in a joint Instagram post:
"We are blessed and excited to announce the birth of our son, Cardinal Madden. He is awesome and we are all so happy he is here! For the kids safety and privacy we wont be posting any pictures - but he's really cute."
Their message continued, "We are feeling so blessed and grateful. Sending much love from our fam to yours."
To share their news, the couple chose to post a photo of an artwork with the words, "A little bird whispered to me," rather than a photo of their newborn son.
Cameron and Benji who tied the knot in 2015, have remained private about their relationship and their kids. They're also parents to 4-year-old daughter Raddix and in a now-deleted message on Instagram, shared a similar sentiment about privacy when she was born:
"We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden. She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family. While we are overjoyed to share this news, we also feel a strong instinct to protect our little one's privacy. So we won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute!! Some would even say RAD :)"

While Benji continues to make music and is the co-founder of Veeps (a platform to stream live entertainment), Cameron stepped away from acting several years ago but she will be returning to our screens very soon. The beloved actor will star in the Netflix film Back in Action alongside Jamie Foxx, Glenn Close and Andrew Scott. It's due to be released later this year.
