Dee Wallace is going viral for her wholesome reaction to some very special news!
The actor who portrayed Mary Taylor a.k.a Elliot, Michael and Gertie's mum in the classic 80s film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and has starred in a number of horror flicks throughout her career, recently discovered she's going to become a grandma. As you can imagine, she was beyond ecstatic to learn her daughter Gabrielle Stone is pregnant - and luckily for us, Gabrielle caught the beautiful moment on camera.
"Watch me tell America's mom that she's going to be a grandma," Gabrielle captioned a clip posted to TikTok.
"Do you want to put it back in the oven?" Gabrielle can be heard asking her mum, who happens to be holding some bread, shaped like a bun.
"Not particularly," Dee responds, rather confused.
"Okay, but if you did, what would it be, Mom?" Gabrielle adorably prods Dee.
Taking a moment to think about the question, Dee replies, "It would be a bun in the oven." And that's when it suddenly hits her! Dee begins to squeal with joy, jumping up and down before hugging her daughter.
"Oh my God, she's pregnant!" Dee exclaims.
