Florence + The Machine recently kicked off her sold-out U.S. tour and she's taken Planned Parenthood along with her so concertgoers can have access to resources about sexual and reproductive health care.

“Planned Parenthood health centres are a lifeline for millions of people, and they are relentlessly attacked. Having access to a trusted provider is essential and also the difference between life and death. In this moment of uncertainty for our rights, I’m proud to support Planned Parenthood and create space on my tour for them to connect people with the care and information they need," lead singer Florence Welch said in a press release.

These are issues close to her heart after her own near-death experience - you might remember in 2023, Florence suffered pregnancy loss and had to undergo emergency surgery for what turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy.

Her experience is reflected in her latest album, ‘Everybody Scream’, and backs the message that everyone should be able to make decisions about their own bodies.

Planned Parenthood says it is grateful Florence is using her platform to speak up for reproductive freedom and care, especially now given the changes happening under the Trump administration: “In 2025, 51 Planned Parenthood health centres closed down as a result of attacks on sexual and reproductive health care.”

Volunteers and staff from the organisation will be on hand to speak with fans during tour stops in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York and more, providing information about Planned Parenthood centres in their areas, how to seek help as well as volunteer opportunities and ways to fight for access to sexual reproductive health care too.
