Gwyneth Paltrow is one proud mama.
The Hollywood star and entrepreneur has shared a sweet message on Instagram to celebrate her son Moses' 16th birthday - and like many of us mamas watching our own children grow, she can't quite believe how old he is!
"@Mosesmartin you are 16 today. I'm not sure how I'm writing that number," Gwyneth begins sharing a photo of Moses looking up at a hallway of colourful balloons:
"Since you came into the world on that perfectly New York spring morning, you have made the world a better place. With every thought, action and intuition you have, you make people feel seen, heard and valued."

"You are deeply special to all who know you. I am so lucky to be your mama. I'm savouring every minute as you grow and change into this amazing man," Gwyneth continues.
"What a true blessing to have you, your wisdom, your kindness and your beautiful singing voice ringing through our halls. You mean the world to me, my boy. Happy birthday."
Are you in tears yet because I certainly am!
Moses is Gwyneth's second child with ex-husband and Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin. They also share 17-year-old daughter Apple.
Gwyneth is also step-mum to Isabella and Brody, director and producer Brad Falchuk's two children.
