Jameela Jamil and her "I Weigh" community are inviting us all to a free event on Valentine's Day to help us celebrate and love ...ourselves!

The self-care event is taking place on February 14th (or the morning of February 15th my fellow Aussies) and will open with a discussion with Jameela herself.
There'll also be a 25 minute Trap Yoga session with certified Vinyasa yoga and mindset coach, Brittney Floyd-Mayo and a healing sound bath with Reiki master and sound healer, Queenie Hilfer.
"Consider this your official invitation to embark on the most important, loving relationship you will ever have: the one with yourself!" the post continues.
The good news is, the event is completely free! And if you want, you can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win some goodies from underwear brand Knix with all proceeds going to Choose Love, an organisation supporting refugees around the world.
The bad news? There is none.
