Hollywood star Jonah Hill has shared a sweet birthday message for his love, environmental activist and surfer Sarah Brady.

In a message posted to Insta, the actor and filmmaker shared a photo of them together smiling at the beach as well as one of Sarah in the car.

"Happiest birthday to the biggest legend @sarahhbrady," he captioned the images.

"You are a brilliant and strong ray of bright light. Thank you for being born and thank you for being you."

And let me tell you friends, the now 25-year-old birthday girl truly is one brilliant human.

Sarah has studied anthropology of climate change and human solutions, is a disaster relief advocate for the Changing Tides Foundation, a women-led organisation founded in 2016 which empowers people to help the planet and all its inhabitants and uses her platform to raise awareness about the health and environmental impacts of the 3.6 million pounds of nuclear waste from the San Onofre Nuclear Plant being stored 100 feet from the ocean.
