Julia Roberts' Glittering Graffiti Gown is a Love Letter to Her Family

There's a special meaning behind the glittering graffiti dress Julia Roberts wore to the world premiere of her latest film, Ticket to Paradise.

The stunning black and white Alexander McQueen gown features a bunch of initials and dates, as well as the words "love" and "hope". But what do all those initials and dates mean exactly? Well, they're a beautiful little tribute to Julia's family:

"JR + DM" refers to Julia Roberts and her husband Daniel Moder, as confirmed by British Vogue.

"2002" is the year they were married.

"H+P, H" refers to the couple's three children, twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, and Henry.

And the dates "2004" and "2007" refers to the years the kids were born.

What makes the gown even more special is that Julia recently mentioned how much she missed her family while filming in Australia. In an interview with The New York Times, she talks about the Clooneys saving her from "complete loneliness and despair."

"We were in a bubble, and it's the longest I've ever been away from my family."

So having a little piece of them on the red carpet with her? Well that makes perfect, heart-melting sense.
