Owen Wilson Reveals His Mother Laura Has Found Love Again in Her 80s

Owen Wilson has shared some beautiful news about his mother, Laura Cunningham Wilson.

While appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to chat about his latest rom-com, Marry Me, starring Jennifer Lopez and Maluma, the actor shared that his 82-year-old mum has found love again!

"My mom recently got married at age 80, to a very nice guy," Owen tells Ellen.

"I think that's a very romantic story and the idea that you can sort of find love at any age."

Laura, who is a well-known photographer, was previously married to Owen's dad, Robert A. Wilson, a TV station executive who passed away from Alzheimer's in 2017.

During his chat with Ellen, Owen was asked whether he's a romantic at heart. He explained that he appreciates a good, romantic story - and fares better than his brother and fellow actor Luke Wilson, who thought Valentine's Day was in March:

"I'm more romantic in the sense that I knew when Valentine's Day was!" Owen jokes.
