Regé-Jean Page has a new gig!

The actor, best known for his role as the Duke of Hastings on Bridgerton, has joined Calm, a meditation platform that helps people, well...calm down.

And while most of us would be satisfied listening to Regé-Jean read the fine print on a can of baked beans, he specifically lends that mellifluous voice of his to narrating a "sleep story" on the app, called "The Prince and the Naturalist" by Victoria Gosling.

The 32-minute reading aims to help listeners get into a relaxed state of mind so they can eventually fall asleep.

Regé-Jean is the latest celebrity to join the app. Matthew McConaughey, Idris Elba, Camilla Cabello, Shawn Mendes and Lucy Liu are some of the other famous names already taking part.

The good news is you can give Regé-Jean and his pals a test run for seven days before committing to a yearly subscription at $79.99 a year.

The bad news is - nothing. Literally, nothing.
