Sofia Vergara is 50 and fabulous!
The Modern Family star, entrepreneur and philanthropist has marked the special occasion by wining and dining with family including husband Joe Mangianello and son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
They shared cake, decorated with number '50' candles, of course:

And Sofia is no doubt feeling the love. She's been bombarded with messages on social media from her fellow Modern Family co-stars, celebrating the wonderful human that she is.
Eric Stonestreet posted a photo of Sofia with her legs wrapped around him and captioned it "Happy birthday to my very, very close friend @sofiavergara. I miss us."
Jesse Tyler Ferguson shared a sweet photo of Sofia with his husband Justin Mikita and actress Julie Bowen, describing Sofia as one of his "favourite women in the whole world."
And perhaps the most lovely post came from Sofia's son Manolo who shared a carousel of throwbacks of the superstar as a young mum:
"Happy forty ten!!!" he captioned the post.
"I love you so much Ma, may the next 40+10 be even better!!!!"
