You Can Now Learn to Meditate with Chris Hemsworth and His Deep, Deep Voice

Chris Hemsworth has launched his own meditation series through his health and fitness app, Centr.

And yes, it means you can now regularly relax to the sound of his voice. His seriously deep voice. Have you ever noticed how deep it is?

The Aussie superstar who has previously shared the occasional meditation video through his app (including one for kids with director Taika Waititi), is doing a "Learn to Meditate" series this time.

Narrating seven episodes, Chris is giving listeners the tools we need to relieve stress, breathe, focus, sleep and help reach peak performance.

"Want bigger biceps? Get lifting. Want to get stronger mentally? Meditation is the key," Chris says in a statement posted on Centr's website.

"In less than 10 minutes a day, you can start a new habit and get the tools you need for a calmer, healthier mind."

The episodes are each crafted by expert meditation coaches.

In an introduction video shared on the Centr blog, Chris can be heard saying (in that deep voice of his), "I'm glad you've taken the first step. Has it been a while coming? Perhaps you never thought you'd be the meditation type. Well, me neither. But here I am. Here we are. Together."
