Bradley Cooper Transforms into Leonard Bernstein in First Look at 'Maestro'

Table of Contents

Wait a minute, what? That is Bradley Cooper?

Why yes, yes it is.

The actor is totally and utterly unrecognisable after transforming into one of the most iconic conductors of our time, Leonard Bernstein, in the upcoming biographical film Maestro. The film also stars Carey Mulligan who plays Bernstein's wife, Felicia Montealegre.

Netflix shared a series of set photos today showing Bradley as both a young and elderly version of Bernstein - and give the makeup department all the awards already! Check out the pics below:

Bradley is not only starring in the film but he's also co-written the script and is stepping behind the camera as director. In 2018, he made his directorial debut with A Star is Born.

No release date has been set just yet.
