What will Bridgerton season 3 be about?
Well, after hearing what Colin said about her last season, Penelope is trying to move on and find herself a husband. Of course, Colin has returned from his time overseas looking as handsome and as confident as ever - and going by the trailer, even his brothers agree:
"Brother, under what foreign sun did you apparently get so... sturdy?"
According to the streaming service, Colin is "disheartened to realise that Penelope, the one person who always appreciated him as he was, is giving him the cold shoulder." So, with the hope of winning back her friendship, "Colin offers to mentor Penelope in the ways of confidence to help her find a husband... But when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin must grapple with whether his feelings for Penelope are truly just friendly."
In the trailer, we're introduced to the dashing Lord Debling played by Sam Phillips who is clearly taken by Penelope too. And alas, Penelope finds herself torn between following her mind and her heart - Debling, the sensible choice or Colin, the love of her life?
"What is the primary force that guides us along our paths?" Lady Whistledown asks. "Is it our minds or our hearts?"
When will Bridgerton season 3 be released?
We don't have to wait too long gentle readers! This season will be 8 episodes with part one coming out on Netflix on May 16 and Part two on June 13.
