What happens after that carriage scene between Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton? Well, dearest gentle readers (in my best Lady Whistledown voice), the trailer for Bridgerton season 3, part 2 has dropped - and yes, we get a glimpse into the future!
Going by the clip, part two will pick up exactly where part one left us. Colin and Penelope's engagement news hits the Ton and while there's lots of celebration, and some surprise, it's all overshadowed by Penelope's mega secret.
"You have not told him you are Whistledown?" Eloise Bridgerton asks full of frustration.
"Eloise, please do not tell him," Penelope begs her former friend who is threatening to reveal the truth herself.
The Bridgerton trailer questions whether Eloise may spill the beans, whether Penelope will come clean or whether Colin may find out himself.

Of course, there's Francesca Bridgerton's story too. In part one, she was set up with Lord Samadani under the guidance of the Queen but had found a connection with John Stirling, the Earl of Kilmartin, instead.
And let's not forget Bridgerton matriarch, Dowager Viscountess Violet Bridgerton, who seems to have caught the attention of Lord Anderson, the brother of Lady Agatha Danbury.
So what will happen next? We will have to wait to find out, and thankfully not too long. Part two will air on Netflix on June 13.
