Andy Grammer Sings For Teenage Fan in Hospice (and we can't stop crying!)

He does random subway performances, just to make people smile. He sings for children in hospital. He invites fans struggling with illness backstage and does solo performances for them. He's been donating a portion of the proceeds of his song "Don't Give Up On Me" to Claire's Place Foundation to support people living with cystic fibrosis.  He leaves kind notes for strangers. And just when we thought Andy Grammer couldn't possibly carry out any more acts of kindness, he does. 

The singer recently received a text from a woman whose teenage daughter is in hospice care. Andy discovered that 19-year-old Gracie is battling Leukemia and 5 brain tumours. Hoping to put a smile on her face, Andy decided to FaceTime Gracie.

In an IGTV post, Andy and Gracie chat about ice-cream and Stranger Things before he and his band perform a song.

"This one goes out to Gracie!" he says.
