Dolly Parton has been working on another project - and this one's pretty sweet.
The country music superstar has her own ice cream flavour now!
Yep, Dolly teamed up with Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams to create the new Strawberry Pretzel Pie flavour, featuring layers of salty pretzels, cream cheese ice cream and even "lipstick red strawberry sauce."

"Dolly Parton is the person we all want to be when we grow up: an unstoppable force for good with the power to bring people together," Jeni's said in a statement.
"Strawberry Pretzel Pie is our ode to the Queen of Cuuntry and a throwback to the triple decker pie from the potlucks of our youths."
The best part is that the proceeds from the tubs sold go to Dolly's own foundation - her Imagination Library which hands out free books to pre-school aged children around the world to encourage a love of reading and help improve literacy rates.
Since its inception in 1995, the Imagination Library has delivered over 150 million books to children in the U.S, Canada, U.K, Australia and Ireland.
