Post Malone is opening up about his experience working with Taylor Swift.

The musician is featured on Taylor's "Fortnight" single which is the first track on her new album, The Tortured Poets Department. He also appears in the accompanying music video.

"It's once in a lifetime that someone like @TaylorSwift comes into this world," Post writes in a post on Instagram.

"I am floored by your heart and your mind, and I am beyond honoured to have been asked to help you with your journey. I love you so much. Thank you Tay."

On the day of its release, "Fortnight" became the most-streamed song in a single day in Spotify history.

And FYI, Post Malone isn't the only one who's been full of praise for Taylor this week. Actors Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles who starred together in Dead Poets Society back in 1989 and who reunited in the "Fortnight" music video, shared their own experiences of working with her too.

Taking to Instagram, Josh posted, “I’ve admired Taylor for a long time, but meeting her in person took my fandom to a whole new level. Genuine, kind, approachable, and just an all around stellar human being – Not to mention a kick ass director to boot!”

Ethan also shared a message on Instagram: “Todd and Knox from DEAD POETS SOCIETY are now PhDs in THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT. It’s quite an honour.”

He added, “Thank you @TaylorSwift for the opportunity to be in the music video for your song FORTNIGHT feat. @PostMalone. Carpe diem!”

“Fortnight” is one of 16 songs from The Tortured Poets Department, which, much to the delight of Swifties everywhere, included a surprise bonus album of another 15 songs!
