Imagine getting a phone call from Taylor Swift and then chatting to her for a whole 17 minutes!
Well, that's exactly what happened to superfan Annie McMahon all thanks to her family, friends, the internet and maybe even a magic touch from actor Justin Baldoni.
You see, 22-year-old Annie is living with cystic fibrosis and has already had two double lung transplants. She's too sick to have a third transplant and is now in hospice care.
Her friend Tiff Rich who's also living with cystic fibrosis, posted a video of Annie singing along to Tay Tay in her hospital room asking the singer to get in touch.

And when Justin Baldoni - who made the teen movie about cystic fibrosis, Five Feet Apart - saw the video, he retweeted it for his millions of followers and tagged Taylor too.
