Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson always says one of the best parts about fame is being able to bring joy to others - and today he did just that when he surprised a young fan...
In a video posted to Instagram, the beloved actor reveals he recently arranged a special lunch for Luna Perrone, an 11-year-old girl from Palm Beach who is battling Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer.
And he turned up as her waiter!
"Luna thinks she's having lunch 'arranged by The Rock' because unfortunately, 'The Rock is out of town'," he captioned the clip on Instagram. But in reality, he was right there at Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, serving up Luna's meal of chicken fingers and hot chips. Did someone say coolest surprise ever?
"I have been following Luna for a couple of years now. She is my biggest fan. I'm so honoured and grateful she's my biggest fan. I'm her biggest fan too," he says in the video.

"Luna is so special. She's one of the strongest girls on the planet. She's been battling cancer for a few years now. Unfortunately, just received some news that the cancer has spread. She has no idea I'm going to surprise her."
Before heading out of the kitchen with a plate of food, The Rock laughs, "I'm going to be a waiter. Not a good one, I'm sure."
But actually Mr Johnson, perhaps you were the best waiter ever!
In the clip, we see Luna's jaw drop as he walks in. The pair then share a hug and in a separate video posted to Luna's Instagram page, we see them chatting to each other:
"How was the surprise?" he asks.
"It was great, I had no idea!" she responds, adding that she was "actually speechless!"
The Rock was in touch with Luna last year after she sent him a video saying she dreamt he'd invited her to have coconut banana pancakes and The Rock Toast from LA's Brique French Toastery.
He responded with a sweet message at the time:
"Luna I just received your beautiful video.... thank you for the beautiful words. You are such an inspiration to everyone around you and now to me." He added, "I'm going to get you the recipe for the Rock Pancakes and find a way to send you The Rock toast!"
